Clemson Picks Up Early Lead Over Seminoles

CLEMSON – For the first time since the North Carolina game on Oct. 4 and only the second time this season, the Clemson Tigers opened their game against Florida State with a touchdown to take an early 8-0 lead at Memorial Stadium Saturday.

The drive started with a 12-yard rush from running back Adam Randall to the Tigers’ 37-yard line, picking up the opening first down of the evening. After a few short runs and completions by Cade Klubnik, the quarterback found junior tight end Olsen Patt-Henry for a perfectly placed 25-yard pass to bring the Tigers in Seminole territory.
