Former Tennessee pitcher Michael Sharman is transferring to Clemson. He announced his commitment to the Tigers on Saturday via Instagram.

The 6-foot-1, 198-pound lefthander spent his first two seasons at a pair of junior colleges – Parkland (2023) and Georgia Highlands (2024) — before playing at Tennessee in 2025.

Sharman posted a 3-1 record and 3.18 ERA across 17 appearances for the Volunteers last season. In 22.2 innings pitched, he allowed 19 hits, 10 walks and just one home run while striking out 25 batters.
