CLEMSON, S.C. – Horace Grant (Sparta, Ga./Hancock Central) was formally inducted into the Chicago Bulls Ring of Honor as part of the 2025 class – the second class in Bulls history.
Grant came to Clemson as a freshman in 1983 and made a name for himself during his final two years in Tigertown. During his senior season, he became the first player in ACC history to lead the league in scoring (21.0 average), rebounding (9.6) and field goal percentage (70.8 percent). In 1987, Grant was named Clemson’s first ACC Player of the Year.
“It was an honor,” Grant said a year later as a member of the NBA’s Chicago Bulls about winning the award.
