Penn State transfer DB Elliot Washington II has committed to the Tigers after a visit to campus.
Washington has spent three seasons with the Nittany Lions, playing for current defensive coordinator Tom Allen in 2024.
The 5-foot-11, 192-pounder appeared in 12 games this season as a reserve, totaling 18 tackles, an interception and three pass breakups.
