Erik Bakich has landed a big commitment for the Clemson baseball team.
2027 C Caden Borcherding (Etowah, GA) announced the commitment on Friday, just a few days after having visited.
Last season, Borcherding helped lead his high school team to a state title, and he is a three-time Perfect Game Select Fest honoree.
Perfect Game gives Borcherding a grade of 9.5. He is ranked as one of the Top 25 players in his class by at least one outlet, as well as one of the top two catchers in the nation.
