Clemson Football: Travis Etienne injury update after Louisville

Clemson football RB Travis Etienne had himself a day, rushing 14 times for 192 yards and a touchdown, against the Louisville Cardinals.

Etienne gashed the Louisville defense throughout the afternoon and had his biggest run of the day late in the third quarter when he came up with a 49-yard touchdown that put the Tigers up 24-3 and seemingly sealed the win for Clemson.

Early in the fourth quarter, though, Etienne came up limping after a run and didn’t return for the remainder of the game. Clemson football coach Dabo Swinney told the media after the win that Etienne was okay and that he could’ve gone back in the game if the Tigers had needed him.
