Clemson football added two more coaches to their staff this week as they hired Mickey Conn from Grayson High School and Kyle Richardson from Northwestern High School.
Early Thursday morning, it was reported that Mickey Conn from Grayson would be coming to Clemson. Conn accepted a job in Tiger Town as a “Defensive Quality Control Coach.”
Now, many of you are wondering what a Defensive Quality Coach does.
In short, they work as an assistant on the defensive side of the ball. Often times, they will work at least one-to-two weeks ahead in the regular season.
