The 2020 Clemson football recruiting class likely won’t add another scholarship player in this cycle, barring something unforeseen.
That being said, the Tigers still have a few preferred walk-on offers that could result in scholarship offers later on, depending on numbers.
One of the top preferred walk-on offers is in-state QB Hunter Helms. Helms, a Columbia, SC product, has been recruited by Clemson QB Coach Brandon Streeter fairly heavily and could be a nice addition to the roster should he choose to accept the offer on National Signing Day, which is just a couple of weeks from now.
