The Clemson football coaching tree has extended quite a bit during this week.
Earlier this week, we saw Clemson football Co-Offensive Coordinator Jeff Scott sign a deal to become the next Head Coach at the University of South Florida. Scott started off in 2008 as a Wide Receivers coach under Dabo Swinney.
Scott worked his way up the ranks, becoming the Recruiting Coordinator/WR Coach, before ultimately taking over as a Co-Offensive Coordinator with Tony Elliott for Clemson football in 2014.
Scott was given the opportunity by Swinney after former Offensive Coordinator Chad Morris elected to become the Head Coach at Southern Methodist University.
