Just in the past few recent years, there are two significant signings that that Clemson football fans love to remember: When Deshaun Watson and Trevor Lawrence officially signed their National Letters of Intent.
Why? Because these were the future faces of the Clemson football program.
When Watson signed with the Tigers, he wasn’t even a 5-star, but everyone knew he was going to be a starter at quarterback in the near future. Those thoughts were amplified when Trevor Lawrence- who was considered one of the greatest HS quarterbacks in recent history– signed with the Tigers.
