Clemson Dominates Pitt to Take Series

Clemson dominated Pitt 11-2 Friday afternoon to win the series with the Panthers.

Drew Titsworth had an outstanding start for the Tigers. Titsworth pitched six innings and only gave up five hits, two runs and two earned runs.

Cannarella singled to start the game and then advanced to second on a wild pitch. Priest hit a sacrifice fly to score Cannarella and the Tigers led 1-0.

In the second inning Crighton hit a leadoff single and then stole second. Gaffney bunted Crighton over to third. Crighton scored on a wild pitch. Wentworth was hit by a pitch and then stole second.
