USA TODAY Sports released its college football All-America team this week, as determined by ballots from 25 voters across the network.
Clemson junior defensive tackle Peter Woods garnered second-team All-America honors from the network.
Woods was also a first-team All-ACC selection by both the league and the AP this season. In 12 games (all starts), the 6-foot-3, 310-pounder has tallied 40 total tackles (3.5 for loss), two sacks, two pass breakups and six quarterback pressures while playing 554 defensive snaps. Offensively, he has carried the ball eight times for 15 yards and scored a pair of touchdowns.
