Clemson’s 2016 recruiting class continues to shine, and that continued this past weekend as Tavien Feaster, Cornell Powell and Zerrick Cooperall put up big numbers.
The numbers show that the future is bright for Clemson’s offense.
It started Friday night when Powell, the 4-star receiver out of Greenville (NC) Rose, had six catches for 111 yards and three touchdowns in a 56-44 win. Powell had scoring receptions of 23 and 52 yards and returned a kickoff 87 yards for a touchdown.
“It was actually kind of bittersweet for me,” Powell told TigerNet after the game.
