CLEMSON — Jacob Jarrell hit his fourth long ball of the season and Michael Sharman delivered another quality start as the No. 19 Tigers beat Bryant 5-3 on Saturday in Doug Kingsmore Stadium. The win clinches the weekend series for Clemson.

Sharman had another impressive start in picking up his second win (2-0), allowing one run on two hits while striking out five across five innings of work. Freshman Danny Nelson pitched the final 1.2 innings to notch the first save of his young career.

Jarren Purify was once again fantastic in the leadoff spot, going 3-for-5 with two runs scored and two stolen bases.
