The Clemson basketball team fell to the NC State Wolfpack 77-74 in Raleigh, making the Tigers NCAA Tournament chances look rather bleak. As a matter of fact, I’d argue that it would seem near impossible on the surface, but the Tigers have to rebound.
Clemson found a way to stop Cat Barber, holding him to just eight total points, but allowed NC State to outrebound them 43-30 and gave the Wolfpack 16 extra possessions as NC State crashed the offensive glass.
It just seemed that any time the Tigers would make a run, NC State had an answer.
