Clemson Baseball Heading Back to Texas

CLEMSON — The Clemson Baseball team will be heading back out to Texas next year.

After opening the season by playing in the Shriners Children’s College Showdown at Globe Life Field last season, the Tigers will be heading back to Arlington in 2027.

“We’re going to Globe Life again next year,” Bakich revealed on Tuesday. “We set that up years ago.”

Clemson opened the 2025 campaign by knocking off Oklahoma State and Arizona in back-to-back days, before falling to Ole Miss in the finale on Sunday.

Both the Cowboys and the Wildcats opened the season in the Top 15 of the rankings, giving Bakich’s team a strong test early on.
