CLEMSON – The Clemson Tigers answered the Duke Blue Devils’ early touchdown with a five yard diving touchdown from Antonio Williams to even the score 7-7 with around six minutes to play in the first quarter at Memorial Stadium.
The Tigers (3-4, 2-3 ACC) started the drive, their second of the day, with a one-yard rush from Williams in Clemson territory. Quarterback Cade Klubnik then found Williams for a 20-yard reception through the middle of the field.
Klubnik and Williams, both seniors, kept that momentum going with a 64-yard catch to put the Tigers in the red zone.
