Not many coaches know how to get under the skin of opposing fans and players quite like Brian Kelly does. Whether he means to or not, Kelly has been providing Clemson football with bulletin board material left and right, taking shots at the Death Valley moniker that both programs use.
During SEC Media Day, he spoke about how he believed that the real Death Valley is in Baton Rouge and LSU is just letting Clemson borrow the nickname.
Some fans took exception to those comments even if he may have been slightly facetious, but Peter Woods made sure to take note of the quote on X.
