CONWAY, S.C. — Clemson is looking to get one of its veteran pitchers back in time for the postseason.
Junior Ethan Darden has been out for close to a month now. His last appearance came on April 12, when the Tigers knocked off Stanford 11-10.
“He’s got a tricep thing and his treatment protocol, they want him to immobilize it with a brace,” head coach Bakich told The Clemson Insider. “Nothing surgical, nothing serious. He will be back this season, probably a matter of weeks.”
Darden began the season as the Tigers’ Saturday starter and got off to a really good start.
