Barrett Carter heard his name called during the third and final day of the 2025 NFL Draft on Saturday, when the former Clemson star linebacker was selected by the Cincinnati Bengals in the fourth round with the No. 119 overall pick.
After Carter was taken, NFL Network analysts Daniel Jeremiah and Charles Davis gave their thoughts on the pick during the network’s coverage of the draft.
Jeremiah commented on what Carter, a two-time All-America selection and two-time All-ACC honoree, will bring to the Bengals as a ‘backer.
“Spy the quarterback, backside speed,” Jeremiah said. “Speed, speed.
