Week 2 of the college football season is in the books for the ACC, and it was a rather unimpressive showing from the conference this week. Several teams on the top half of this list struggled with inferior opponents, and this week featured a pretty serious upset, albeit coming against a team towards the bottom of the rankings. Mother nature showed us this week that some things are more important than football.
