Class of 2016 four-star wide receiver Cornell Powell, out of J.H. Rose High School in Greenville, North Carolina, has cancelled all of his scheduled official visits and formally committed to Clemson. Paul Strelow of Rivals reported Powell’s decision on Twitter, and Powell also posted a tweet of his own on the matter.

Powell will now suit up for the Tigers next season after fielding offers from a number of schools including East Carolina, Alabama, Ohio State, Ole Miss and N.
