Two more tough innings trouble Tyler Mahle as the Reds lose to the Brewers

MILWAUKEE –– Throughout the first month of the season, Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Tyler Mahle has consistently been one or two good breaks away from turning in a solid start. Even though he entered Tuesday with a 6.45 ERA, there was always a moment or two where the entire game could have turned in his favor.

Those moments continue to happen for Mahle, who’s the Reds’ de facto ace with Luis Castillo on the injured list. On Tuesday at American Family Field, the game unraveled for Mahle in the bottom of the third and the bottom of the fourth.
