Cincinnati Reds starting pitcher Trevor Bauer estimates that about 70 percent of pitchers use pine tar in a new episode of HBO's Real Sports scheduled to air Tuesday at 10 p.m. Eastern, and he argues that "it needs to be talked about more because it affects every single pitch" and "it's a bigger advantage than steroids ever were."
