Sonny Gray will be thinking about his dad Saturday when he makes his Cincinnati Reds debut

For the first Major League Baseball game Sonny Gray ever attended, his father, Jesse Gray, a Reds fan, drove his son more than four hours from Nashville, Tennessee, to Great American Ball Park.

Gray, a 29-year-old right-handed pitcher who will make his Cincinnati Reds debut Saturday afternoon (2:10 p.m., FSO) against the Pittsburgh Pirates, remembers that game well. He remembers walking across a bridge with his dad to get to the stadium.
