CINCINNATI -- Reds right fielder Scott Schebler (sprained AC joint in right shoulder) will likely embark on a Minor League rehab assignment beginning Sunday, according to interim manager Jim Riggleman.
Per Riggleman, if everything goes well during and after a workout on Saturday, Schebler will begin a rehab assignment and possibly join the club on its upcoming road trip.
"If he plays tomorrow somewhere, I could see where -- if it goes well -- he would meet us probably in Chicago or meet us the last day in Milwaukee," Riggleman said.
