Reports: Trevor Bauer headed to the Cincinnati Reds; Yasiel Puig to the Cleveland Indians

The Cincinnati Reds made the biggest move of the MLB Trade Deadline, acquiring Cleveland Indians starting pitcher Trevor Bauer in a three-team trade with the San Diego Padres, according to multiple reports.

The Reds will reportedly send right fielder Yasiel Puig to the Indians and top prospect Taylor Trammell to the Padres.

The Padres are sending outfielder Franmil Reyes and pitcher Logan Allen to Indians to complete the deal. ESPN first reported the trade.

Bauer will give the Reds one of the top rotations in the National League. The 28-year-old right-hander has yielded a 3.79 ERA in 24 starts this season with 185 strikeouts in an MLB-leading 156 2/3 innings.
