Reds' Joey Votto a finalist for NL MVP

Joey Votto will finish in the top three of National League Most Valuable Player voting for the third time in his career. Votto was named one of three finalists for the award. The winner will be announced Thursday, Nov. 16.

The other finalists are Giancarlo Stanton of the Marlins and Arizona's Paul Goldschmidt.
