We’re getting a lot of lists these days in sports. With no games being played, sportswriters are getting creative.
A list that caught my eye was one from David Schoenfield of ESPN. He listed the top pitching performance from each franchise.

I figured he’d have Tom Browning’s perfect game atop the Reds’ list. My initial thought was Jose Rijo’s performance in Game 4 of the 1990 World Series was better – given the stakes and who he was facing, the steroid-pumped Oakland A’s.
