Reactions: Brandon Drury hits three-run homer in his first game for Cincinnati Reds

Brandon Drury, who signed a minor-league contract to join the Reds in March, endeared himself to his teammates in his first regular-season game for Cincinnati by hitting a 378-foot, three-run home run to left in the top of the 6th inning to give the Reds a 6-1 lead against the Braves on Opening Day at Atlanta's Truist Park.

ESPN2 play-by-play broadcaster Karl Ravech's call: "A three-run home run for the No. 9 hitter Brandon Drury! And the Reds now break it open!"

"What a big at-bat right there by Brandon Drury, who had a lot of big pinch-hit at-bats last year with the Mets," analyst Eduardo Pérez said.
