DYERSVILLE, IOWA – Jonathan India exited Thursday's Field of Dreams game in the fourth inning, three innings after he was hit by a pitch near his left ankle.
India was hit on the fourth pitch of his first at-bat. He grimaced after he was hit, but walked to first base without being checked by a trainer.
Matt Reynolds replaced India in the top of the fourth inning at second base. India left Monday's game in New York in the fourth inning after he stepped awkwardly on first base, but he returned to the lineup the following day.
