Major League Baseball and the Los Angeles Dodgers mourned the loss Friday of legendary manager Tommy Lasorda, who died at 93. And National Baseball Hall of Famer and former Cincinnati Reds great Johnny Bench paid tribute via Twitter to his former co-star of The Baseball Bunch.
Bench hosted the show during the 1980s, and Lasorda appeared as the "Dugout Wizard."
Bench said Lasorda was "just perfect" in his role on the show in SI.com's "oral history" of the show, written by Pete Croatto in June 2016.
