There may not be any games this month, but Joey Votto took some time to talk hitting during an appearance on MLB Network’s “MLB Now” show Tuesday.
Votto, spending his days at home to maintain social distancing, says it hasn’t been all work during MLB’s hiatus because of the novel coronavirus pandemic.
“Yesterday, I had an ice cream bar, three bags of gummy worms and a bag of popcorn,” Votto said, laughing.
