Joey Votto congratulates Larry Walker on National Baseball Hall of Fame election

When Cincinnati Reds first baseman Joey Votto was named the 2010 National League MVP, he became the third Canadian to win the award in either league.

When the first Canadian MVP award winner - Larry Walker - was elected Tuesday to the National Baseball Hall of Fame, Votto was excited to congratulate him.
