Once the final name in the MLB Draft was called on Thursday, the players left waiting had to wait just a bit longer to find out their baseball futures.
Teams could not reach out to undrafted players until 9 a.m. on Sunday, June 14, and it was right at that moment that Landon Stephens' phone rang.
The phone call came from the Atlanta Braves and the Hamilton High School and Miami University graduate agreed almost immediately to join the organization.
