Gray’s dominant – albeit short – start helped halt the Reds’ losing streak at four games in a 2-1 victory over the St. Louis Cardinals Thursday night before a crowd of 14,891 at Great American Ball Park.
Gray extended his scoreless streak to a career-high 18 with five shutout innings.
