Alejo Lopez - It’s too late for me to gush over his exact numbers for the weekend but the dude just got promoted to AAA. He’s 25 years old and plays 2B/3B and he’s hitting over .500 since that promotion which is mostly this weekend. He’s never been a big power guy but he gets on base and can handle the bat. The Reds have some very interesting prospects just sitting around at this point of the season that could start forcing some hands on the big league club, whether it’s pitchers or hitters. The depth in the farm seems to be filling out better than many of us expected.
