Narcisso Crook: 1 for 3, Grand Slam, 5 RBI
A 7th inning grand slam by Narcisso “You’re a” Crook was enough to put the Bats over the top last night. Crook went 1 for 3 night and drove in 5. Riley O’Brien started and pitched well, going 5 innings and allowing only a run on 2 hits with no walks and 7 strikeouts. Nick Howard and Brandon “Begin Again” Finnegan each threw shutout innings out of the pen. So did Dauri Moreta, who has now done that 21 times in a row.
