Eugenio Suarez homers twice, Michael Lorenzen hits walk-off double as Reds beat DBacks 4-3

Eugenio Suarez is dingering his way both into the Cincinnati Reds history books and into the lore of fans. That was no different on Sunday, as Geno blasted another pair of homers to bring his season total to a ridiculous 44.

No, I don’t care that everyone else is dingering, too. Geno’s still doing it better than just about every other human on the planet, and it’s been marvelous to watch. Well done, duder.

Honorable Mentions are due to: Michael Lorenzen, who bonked the walk-off double to win in the Bottom of the 9th; Anthony DeSclafani, who allowed just 3 runs (2 earned) in 6 IP; Joey Votto, who singled twice and scored; and Robert Stephenson, who fired a scoreless inning of relief with a walk and 3 K.
