Former Cincinnati Reds great and Reds Hall of Famer Dave Parker won't join the National Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown in 2020.
Parker was among nine former Major League Baseball players and one executive on the 10-name Modern Baseball Era ballot that a committee considered for election to the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum.
