With Major League Baseball and commissioner Rob Manfred faced with the fact that the Houston Astros' sign-stealing controversy isn't going away anytime soon, Dan Patrick argued Monday on The Dan Patrick Show that now is as good a time as any to make Hit King and former Cincinnati Reds great Pete Rose eligible for National Baseball Hall of Fame election.
"Baseball is desperate to move on from this," Patrick said.
