In the bottom off the eighth inning on Sunday at Great American Ball Park, Chicago Cubs outfielder Ian Happ collided with teammate Nico Hoerner trying to chase down a ball in the outfield.
On a short fly ball by Reds pinch hitter Tyler Stephenson just behind the outfield dirt, Hoerner made the catch as he collided with Happ.

The Cubs and multiple trainers gathered in the outfield around Happ and Hoerner. The Cubs players immediately motioned for the trainers to head onto the field.
