Two days after the Cincinnati Reds removed Brian O’Grady from their 40-man roster, they traded O’Grady to the Tampa Bay Rays for a player to be named later and cash.
O’Grady, an eighth-round pick in the 2014 MLB Draft, made his major league debut in August.
