The Cincinnati Reds will take on their AL counterparts from Cleveland to open Cactus League play today, with Goodyear Stadium set to host a 3:05 PM ET first pitch. Sal Romano will toe the rubber for Cincinnati to begin, though it’s highly likely he throws no more than two innings.
