The Cincinnati Reds promoted outfield prospect Blake Dunn from High-A Dayton to Double-A Chattanooga in June.
In 297 plate appearances with the Lookouts, Dunn has hit .353 with 12 home runs, 47 RBIs, 28 stolen bases and an OPS of 1.003.
in the 3rd inning and followed it with a two-run homer in the 5th, his third in two games.
Dunn was named the Southern League Player of the Month for July, and has continued to impress at Chattanooga in August.
