After offensive onslaught in first inning, Nick Lodolo sets career highs in Reds win

MILWAUKEE – Nick Lodolo had arguably the best start of his rookie season, but a large part of the game was decided before he even took the mound at American Family Field.

TJ Friedl homered on the third pitch of the game. Jonathan India tripled on the fifth pitch. By the time Milwaukee Brewers starter Jason Alexander threw his 11th pitch, the Reds had a three-run lead.
