Lamar Jackson made his first career start about a year ago this time (Nov.18, 2018) against the Cincinnati Bengals in Baltimore and helped the Ravens earn a victory.
Almost a year to the date, ironically, Ryan Finley took the field for his first career start versus Jackson and the Ravens. And he, too, had the advantage of playing at home.
Unfortunately for Cincinnati, the location didn’t matter.
Sunday’s game was an exemplification of a teacher versus student.
Jackson conducted the Ravens on three-straight touchdown drives in the first half to put the game out of reach.
