What we learned: Chiefs find a way without injured Mahomes

The Kansas City Chiefs advance to their third-straight AFC Championship Game, but the entire city is collectively holding their breath.

Kansas City raced out to a 19-3 first half lead and were able to hang on after star quarterback Patrick Mahomes exited the game with a concussion.

Even after the 22-17 win, the main story line coming out of the divisional playoff game is the health of Mahomes.

Backup quarterback Chad Henne replaced Mahomes in the lineup and made some timely plays to save the season for Kansas City and send Cleveland home.
