What we know about Bengals player Mackensie Alexander's Florida arrest

Cincinnati Bengals cornerback Mackensie Alexander left Bengals training camp and went to Florida to be with his family this week – and got arrested.

Officials say Alexander was arrested in Florida's Collier County on Tuesday, the day after his father went missing.

Here's what we know:

The incident

Alexander, 26, and his former high school football teammate, 28-year-old Evins Clement, went to the Florida home of a man who reportedly was with Alexander's father before he went missing. Deputies were at the man's home when Alexander and Clement arrived and then left, documents state.
