Cincinnati Bengals linebacker Vontaze Burfict has been suspended and criticized for his behavior throughout his National Football League career. But the shoe appears to be on the other foot with video from the Baltimore Ravens' 24-21 win against the Bengals on Sunday of Ravens offensive lineman Marshal Yanda spitting in the direction of Burfict at the end of a play.
We don't know if the spit landed on Burfict, but there's definitely spit emerging from a standing Yanda's mouth toward Burfict on the ground.
When contacted Monday by espn.com's Jamison Hensley, Ravens spokesman Kevin Byrne said Yanda "did not spit on anyone.
